Re: Membership Renewals Update – Coronavirus

A big thank you to all those members who have already renewed their memberships.

Following the update regarding tennis and COVID-19 on the 12th May we would like to inform you of the changes regarding the 2020-2021 season.

  1. The season will now start on the 1st June 2020 for 12months ending on the 31st May 2021. The fees will be the same as agreed at the AGM in January. Early Bird discount will now apply until 30th June 2020. So if you haven’t already payed pay now and save money! Please find attached a revised Membership Form.
  2. Looking ahead for the following season 2021-2022 the season will run from the 1st June 2021 to the 31st March 2022 to bring us back on track with the normal renewal dates. Please note that the subscription for the shortened season will be based on a pro-rata figure on the annual fees agreed at the Clubs AGM in January 2021.
  3. PAYMENT. Membership fees can now only be paid by direct bank transfer to the Club’s bank account Sort code: 40-17-69 Account Number 61403060.
